Today here is a good beginner calisthenics full body routine for you!

 

  4 Rounds - (as less rest as possible)


15    KNEE PUSH UPS
20    SIT UPS
15    SQUATS


This is a very good beginner calisthenics workout for big improvement!


So let´s do this!


Keep on moving!!! 

 

Besides, if you don´t know any exercise, please look it up in the internet, because i can´t describe those exercises really good without visual aids.
