Calisthenics Workout - Beginner Upper Body Workout

Today here is a awesome beginner calisthenics upper body workout for you!

 

  5-7 Rounds - (as less rest as possible)

7     JUMPING PULL UPS
7     SIT UPS
7     KNEE PUSH UPS


This calisthenics workout is for every one who don´t want to spend to much time on working out and also want to see good results.  

So let´s do this!


Besides, if you don´t know any exercise, please look it up in the internet, because i can´t describe those exercises really good without visual aids.
