Hardcore Full Body Routine
Today here is a hardcore beginner calisthenics full body workout for you!
4 Rounds - (as less rest as possible)
20 JUMPING PULL UPS30 KNEE PUSH UPS
40 SIT UPS
50 SQUATS
So let´s do this!
Keep on moving!!!
Besides, if you don´t know any exercise, please look it up in the internet, because i can´t describe those exercises really good without visual aids.
