Beginner Full Body Routine

 

Today here is a great beginner calisthenics full body workout for you!

 

  3 Rounds - (as less rest as possible)

25     SIT UPS
15     JUMPING PULL UPS
15     KNEE PUSH UPS
25     SQUATS


This calisthenics workout is going to improve your full body fitness and if 3 rounds are too less for you, you can add some rounds.


Besides, if you don´t know any exercise, please look it up in the internet, because i can´t describe those exercises really good without visual aids.
