Calisthenics Workout - Advanced Leg Workout
The "Leg Distroyer"
Today here is a great advanced calisthenics leg workout for you!
4 Rounds - (as less rest as possible)
15 LUNGES (each side)
15 SQUATS
4-6 PISTOLS (each side)
15 JUMPING SQUATS
15 CALF RAISES
This workout is going to really pump out your leg muscles and if 4 rounds are too less for you, you can repeat the workout.
Besides, if you don´t know any exercise, please look it up in the internet, because i can´t describe those exercises really good without visual aids.
