Calisthenics Workout - Advanced Arm Workout

Today i have a calisthenics arms workout for you, which is really good for strong and massive arms ! 

 

3 Rounds - (as less rest as possible)

10     CHIN UPS (close grip)
10     DIPS
12     PIKE PUSH UPS
10     CHIN UPS (shoulder width grip)
10     HINDU PUSH UPS


If this calisthenics workout is too easy for you, it´s up to you to add some reps or rounds.
