Today here is a awesome advanced calisthenics full body workout for you!!!

 

  4 Rounds - (as less rest as possible)

5       HANDSTAND PUSH UPS
15     PULL UPS
25     PUSH UPS
35     SIT UPS
45     SQUATS


This calisthenics workout is going to improve your full body fitness and if 4 rounds are too less for you, you can add some rounds. As well this calisthenics workout is also great for gaining muscles.


Besides, if you don´t know any exercise, please look it up in the internet, because i can´t describe those exercises really good without visual aids.
