Beginner 10 min Workout
Today here is a perfect calisthenics upper body routine for real beginners !
As many rounds as you can do in 10 minutes - (no rest)
20 SIT UPS
15 SQUATS
10 KNEE PUSH UPS
So let´s do this!
Keep on moving!!!
Besides, if you don´t know any exercise, please look it up in the internet, because i can´t describe those exercises really good without visual aids.
