40    SIT UPS
25    PULL UPS
25    PUSH UPS
40    SIT UPS


This is a freaking awesome advanced calisthenics workout which is really going to demand your abs !


So let´s do this!

Besides, if you don´t know any exercise, please look it up in the internet, because i can´t describe those exercises really good without visual aids.
