9 STRAIGHT BAR DIPS

12 STRAIGHT BAR DIPS
8 PULL UPS
5. Round - (as less rest as possible)
5 MUSCLE UP
15 STRAIGHT BAR DIPS
10 PULL UPS

Besides, if you don´t know any exercise, please look it up in the internet, because i can´t describe those exercises really good without visual aids.
