Today here is a good calisthenics ab and leg routine for beginners !

 

  5 Rounds - (as less rest as possible)


20 sec    PLANK
20 sec    MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
10          SQUATS


This is a very good  calisthenics workout for beginners!


So let´s do this!


Keep on moving!!! 

 

Besides, if you don´t know any exercise, please look it up in the internet, because i can´t describe those exercises really good without visual aids.
