Today here is a perfect calisthenics upper body routine for real beginners !

 

  4 Rounds - (as less rest as possible)


5         JUMPING PULL UPS

5         AUSTRALIAN PULL UPS

10       INCLINE PUSH UPS


This is a very good  calisthenics workout for those who want to start working out!


So let´s do this!


Keep on moving!!! 

 

Besides, if you don´t know any exercise, please look it up in the internet, because i can´t describe those exercises really good without visual aids.
