Today here is a advanced calisthenics upper body workout!

 

  3 Rounds - (as less rest as possible)


8      PULL UPS (wide grip)

10    STRAIGHT BAR DIPS

10    CHIN UPS (close grip)

12    PIKE PUSH UPS

10    PULL UPS (close grip

12    HINDU PUSH UPS


This is a freaking awesome advanced calisthenics workout which is really going to demand your shoulders and arms !


So let´s do this!


Keep on moving!!! 

 

Besides, if you don´t know any exercise, please look it up in the internet, because i can´t describe those exercises really good without visual aids.
